Customer Service Representative – Insurance

As a TTEC (formerly TeleTech) Customer Service Insurance Representative you’ll be responding to customer inquiries for one of the largest, most well-known - and yes FUN - insurance providers in the nation.



You will learn the products and services, then use that knowledge to educate, answer questions, and solve problems from customers regarding coverage, rates, billing issues and general policy reviews. You’ll discover the customers' insurance needs and recommends additional products and coverages.



Experience you’ll need or want to be successful:



• One or more years of college education or relevant work experience

• Experience providing customer service, sales and/or influencing others

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Multitasking and time management skills

• Ability to be empathetic, positive and upbeat in written and verbal communications

• Computer skills
