Assembler for an open position in Smithfield, RI.
In your role, you will be working to assemble eye wear lenses, racking lenses, inspection of product, and preparing them for finished product.
High school diploma or its equivalent required.
Attention to detail, hand dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced/team environment is a MUST.
• Candidates must also be able to read and understand a bill of material and standard operating procedures.
Strong manual dexterity and good eye/hand coordination required.
Must be able to perform well defined assembly procedures and processes often following written documentation or visual aids.
Ability to use, after training, various assembly machines (riveters, baggers), assembly fixtures an at times, measurement gages to verify or discern the quality of product being produced on automatic equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
