About the Opportunity
The Events team administers brand recognition and product demonstration at local events to generate leads and connect with the community. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are hard-working, and can wear many hats we’re looking for you! As an instrumental part of this team, the Event Marketing Manager will hire, train and develop our Event Marketing team to build brand awareness within the Sacramento, CA area.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive marketing initiatives to increase sales leads and revenue

Collaborate with the local Operation and Installation Mangers to grow our presence within the market.

Identify local events (trade show, county fairs, car shows, etc.)

Budget for and staff local events

Recruit, hire, train and develop Event Marketers

Continually track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events


Requirements

2+ years of proven success in management and lead generation

Excellent written and verbal communication

Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others

Community awareness

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 + full benefits
