CareFamily Virginia has an immediate opening for the position of Operations Support Specialist. This full-time, hourly position provides daily support and assistance to our Regional Supervisor Department, which manages our caregiver and client schedules. Primary job responsibilities include daily outbound and inbound phone support, caregiver shift arrival and departure monitoring, data entry and report generation. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communication effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff.

The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities and experience:

Strong level of attention to detail
Discipline to work productively and efficiently in a group setting or on your own
Intermediate to advance experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Advance typing skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication
Takes initiative with new tasks or to help fellow team members
Preferred experience with Hometrak (or ability to learn basic scheduling software quickly)
