Job Description1. Job title: English Te acher;2. Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly);3. Give demos to new students and do marke ting activities;4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;5. Handle all class size s from 1 on 1 to groups;6. 5 working days per week, available on weekend;7. Working hours per week: 30 (22 teaching + 8 flexible hours)
Benefits Package1. Basic salary: 12,000+ RMB per month(two years teaching exper ience required),up to 17000 RMB/ month2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 9,0 00 RMB;b. Bonus for successful d emo, customer retention, clas s regrouping and new teacher recommen dation;c. Quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 depending on performance;d. Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teachinge. Bonus of Monthly Produced ACH.(up to 5000 RMB/month)3. Allowance system

Requirements1. Native English speaker preferred;2. Bachelor's or Masters degree and majored in education preferred;3. At least 2 years related.



Salary: 12000 CNY(RMB) to 17000 CNY(RMB) Monthly
