• Computer engineer with direct experience in the software development lifecycle for shipboard control systems.

Essential Functions
• Knowledge of cyber security engineering
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and/or network security
• Ability to use vulnerability analysis tools
Requirements
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting

Education and/or Experience
• Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical
• Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or a Cyber Security related degree from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program.
• Target Experience:
• Four (4) years of professional experience in cyber security engineering
• One (1) year of professional experience with IT infrastructure, networks, and/or network security
• Security+ Certification
• CISSP Certification
• One (1) year of professional experience using vulnerability analysis tools
• One (1) year of professional experience maintaining and configuring various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VxWorks, or other Embedded Operating Systems
• One (1) year of professional experience with cyber controls such as intrusion
• detection systems, intrusion prevention system, firewall configurations, and access control lists
• 8.1.1.5.2.8 One (1) year of professional experience developing and/or maintaining new and/or
• existing cyber security requirements

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
