THIS POSITION WILL ASSIST OUR CUSTOMERS’ HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) STAFFING AND RECRUITING SPECIALIST BY PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEES, SUPERVISORS, AND MANAGERS REGARDING HR LAWS, POLICIES, RULES, AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, PLACEMENT AND COMPENSATION FOR ENTRY LEVEL EMPLOYEES AND STUDENT HIRING. MUST BE TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENT TO EXECUTE TASKING RELATED TO AREAS OUTLINED ABOVE. ATTENTION TO DETAIL, PUNCTUALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY ARE ESSENTIAL. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF THIS POSITION.

REQUIREMENTS
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN
• SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A GOVERNMENT-ISSUED SECURITY CLEARANCE OF SECRET LEVEL OR HIGHER; INTERIM MAY BE REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience
• Position requires thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
• PREFERRED SKILLS WOULD INCLUDE EXPERIENCE WITH TOTAL WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TWMS); USA STAFFING, USA JOBS, ONBOARDING MANAGER, DEFENSE CIVILIAN PERSONNEL DATA SYSTEMS(DCPDS)
SALARY RANGE: COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
