Job Title: Account Specialist
Location: Princeton Junction. Travel to client sites may be required.
Duties:
FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING: Coordinate and direct budget planning, administration, accounting and various financial activities of the company. Supervise the accounts & finance department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems & function and also ensure runs smoothly. Regular ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.. Oversee financial strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships and cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Preparing Monthly Income & Expenditure statement and suggest the management to take appropriate decision.
MANAGING CLIENT ACCOUNTS & OPERATIONS: Managing Client Relationship—Building strong rapport with partners including managing relationship, expectation setting, and status communications. Managing Client Business—Execute, document, and improve site operations/processes including merchandising, marketing & creative. Customer Operations—Liaison with customer service and fulfillment center to create a unified customer experience. Make key operations groups as an extension of the business management team. Measure effectiveness of marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends
BUSINESS GROWTH: Seek and provide information to help company determine their position in the marketplace. Attends staff conferences to submit findings and proposals to management for consideration. Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, methodologies and reports, share best practices and develop systems knowledge. Performing budget management and cost control. Preparing plans for the corporation’s future expansion
Requirements: Bachelors Business Administration, related field, or equivalent plus 1 year experience in finance & accounts including market and product analysis, managing consulting projects, preparing business and financial profiles. Experience and/or Relevant Coursework in Human Resource, Customer Relationship, Sales Management, Marketing & Research, Accounting, Business Finance. M-F, 40hrs/wk.
