Full Job Description:
• Ensure high data and solution availability.
• Ensure smooth transition of new solutions from Development to Sustain teams.
• Ensure team members are responding to and resolving tickets within SLA for different components of support such as Event Management, Incident Management, Change management & Problem Management. Assist team members with day-to-day activities in resolving time critical User tickets of various priorities, Service Requests and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Nurture a learning culture within the team.
• Prepare timely SLA reports for meetings with stakeholders.
o Facilitate daily/weekly operational meetings (DOR/WOR) to discuss and actively seek or provide updates on ongoing issues/tickets/changes/system outages/maintenance activities etc.
o Prepare and present Weekly SLA reports, Trends, Monthly Operational Updates, Quarterly Operational review/feedback in meetings with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience required.
