GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Requirement for support for field service, training, and technical support for programs within Command Element Systems, Satellite Communications, Global Broadcast Service. System Design Documentation and User Manuals, other documentation. Provide Satellite Communication Systems subject matter expertise for GBS curriculum review and development. Required to follow Capability Maturity Model Integrated for Development v1.3 Maturity Level 3 general and specific practices. Assist with the development and evaluate a Human Systems Integration training system effort that addresses the Human factors, performance Manpower, Personnel, and Training of the software. Evaluate training plans, analysis reports, test plans/procedure related documentation. Check course curriculum development references for compliance with standards provided, report discrepancies, and submit recommendations with supporting evidence for resolution.

PQRs are conducted periodically to verify that projects are executing workload in accordance with organizational and project process requirements that conform to CMMI process areas. The evaluation of delivered GFI technical data and in the development of Systems Approach to Training compliant training material for GBS. Training would support Engineering Change Proposal upgrades to existing systems or New Equipment Training for systems. Training is in-person in a classroom and/or operational environment and will include formal lesson plans, power point presentations, practical applications and/or hands-on demonstrations, for small numbers of students. You shall instruct USMC students on the use of GBS equipment, principles, practices, techniques, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Provide training materials to students prior to classroom instruction, collect and provide end of training evaluations. Set up and take down classroom environment at fielding locations and ensure all electronic and mechanical hardware items and software items meet the reliability, maintainability, and availability requirements specified in the technical specification and system requirements prior to conducting NET, identify unique maintenance procedures required for the configuration item during operational use, assist in the development of training materials and courses for GBS specified equipment and provide instructors for these courses.

REQUIREMENTS
Military background with the systems, Computer experience, Microsoft office suite.
