Job Summary:
• In this role, we need you to be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and optimization of all activities and support required for the delivery of products and services to our Business Partners, from materials/service acquisition through distribution.
• Primary areas include procurement and contracting, materials management, logistics operations, supply intelligence, supplier management, transportation, and distribution.
• You will work from engineering plans and production specifications to establish schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
• We will resolve proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters.
• Are you able to lead compliance with clearly established labor and manufacturing procedures?
• The assignments are to sustain existing protocols. This role will be to administering and executing policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees.
• Ensuring that employees maintain ongoing operations by direct observation and log reviews. Directs daily activities of employees and can perform duties as needed.
• Meeting discrete goals (e.g. production targets) within constricted time frames. Reporting any deviations immediately to obtain advice on how to proceed. Errors result in minor delays. Liaison with others at same level. External contacts are rare and limited to specific informational questions.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ year of experience and Bachelor Degree required
• Are you experienced in production controls in a supervisor/supervisory capacity, if so, we want to talk to you. We also need someone who is strong in organization as this is essential to this role as you will be keeping up with hundreds of SKU's at the plant.
• We are seeking someone that has experience working in an ERP system.
