We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced m curriculum r developer & & teacher for * Curriculum in K-12 Curriculum Development Department in sub-brand * En glish.
We offer on-site positions in Beijing, China. Candidates are expected to work both as curriculum developer and teacher.
Job Description
Location: Beijing
Full time: Yes (material development on weekdays and teaching at weekends)
Responsibilities:
Participate in week-day work in development of a core curriculum fr amework for
literature, history, public speech and interdisciplinar y study modules
Create a body of supplementary c ourse materials based on the curriculum framework,
including researching, developing, and editing educatio nal products (both teachers
and students materia ls);
Participate in educational product develo pment, including revising materials based on
in-class experience, teacher r ecommendations, student performance, and changing
educational standards;
Develop and polish teaching methods for course given
Teach English classes (deliver English lessons to 4 -6 classes per week with each
class lasting 3 hours)
Evaluate students progress, mark students& rsquo; homework or projects and prov ide
ongoing feedback.
Attend meetings and training's
Requirements
l Grad school: Top 30 Universities in the U. S. or Top 5 Universities in the U. K.
l Degree: MA or above in humanities-related field ( literature and educat ion are preferred)
l Experience in course development.
l Experience in teaching students in middle school or college.
l Being able to work during some holidays.
Remuneration
Monthly Salary
Over $8,000 basic salary for e office work + + over / $200/ s class r (for teac hing)
