Customer Service Associate:
Our expanding Customer Service team is seeking to bring on new Associates.
This is an entry-level position that will connect you with a variety of global companies, increase your general knowledge of business processes, and provide you with priceless professional experience. We are seeking individuals that are highly adaptable, professional, and keen to learn about our company, strategies, and partners.
By exceeding expectations and providing consistent results, our management team looks to our Customer Service Associates to continue our mission of helping facilitate their success. We offer our clients large-scale, quality representation that maximizes their public exposure and helps them fulfill their annual revenue growth goals. To increase public awareness and engagement with our partners, we connect with new, potential, and existing customers directly in our community, at events, and in-office. With their comprehensive understanding of our partners’ individual brands and objectives, our team of Customer Service Associates are able to provide our clients the most accurate and consistent portrayal of their brands.
As a member of this outstanding team, you will also be participating in the range of services that increase the exposure and public awareness of our partners.

Gaining an in-depth knowledge of our clients
Learning about their various target markets and objectives
Embody their various brands
Seeking out and engaging new customers
Providing information
Executing customer education initiatives
Collecting market feedback
Consulting with management and team
Fulfilling customer acquisition goals
Participating in office and public events
Suitable candidates for this position are:
Professional
High School Graduates (at the minimum)
Ideally have some Customer Service, Sales or Marketing experience

Strong communicator
18 years of age or older
