To meet the demands and needs of our growing company, our customer service department is expanding and seeking to bring on additional, entry-level Agents.
Our company provides external customer solutions for other firms, companies, and organizations. Joining us at all stages in their development, we take on clients that are seeking to outsource their customer relationship management, while feeling confident that their brands are represented accurately and to their high standards. Unlike other companies offering services that are of a similar nature, the customer service model that our Agents execute is unique and tailored to each individual client. We believe in the value of direct interactions and always position our Agents to interact and engage with customers in-person. Through embodying our clients’ distinct brands, meeting with customers, providing current, useful information, and answering their inquiries, no two days as one of our Customer Service Agents will ever be the same.

Responsibilities:
Meet with customers and discuss their potential or existing relationship with our client
Strive to develop lasting customer relationships and secured support
Identify and respond to customer concerns and needs
Answer customer inquiries and effectively respond or offer additional avenues of resolution
Maintain professionalism during all interactions
Develop a thorough understanding of our clients, their brands, objectives, and market needs
Participate in regular office-wide feedback and strategizing meetings
Qualifications:
