1 Physics/1 Chemistry teachers. The position will be Monday thr ough Friday. Salary range sta rts from 20,000 RMB and up depending on license and experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Teach Subject, utilizing the course of study adopted by the company, correlated with other appropriate learning activities.
2. Develop lesson plans, adapt curriculum to meet individual student needs, and utilize effective teaching techniques in translating lesson plans into productive student learning experiences which best uti lize the time availa ble for instruction.
3. Utilize computers and other technological cla ssroom support equip ment in student instruction.
4. Maintain classroom organization and discipline.
5. Establish and maintain s tandards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmos phere.
6. Provide and maintain a safe and supervised environment in the classroom and on the school grounds.
7. Devise and utilize techniq ues which accurately measure student progress.
8. Evaluate student's academi c and personal growth keeping appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
9. Communicate with parents through conferences and other means discussing academ ic and personal progress; interpret school programs.
10. Communicate and cooperate with other professional staf f in academic and personal growth areas.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
1. Create an effective learning environment through functional and attractive displays, bu lletin boards, and i nterest centers.
2. Participate in faculty meetings, committees and the sponsorship of student activities.
3. Maintain professio nal competence throu gh in-service education activities provided by the com pany and through self-selected professional growth act ivities.
4. Perform other job duties as required.

1. Possess problem solving skill able to work independently and proacti vely with little guidance.
2. Establish and maintain eff ective working relationships with students, school sta ff, dist rict staff, and patr ons.
