KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with Wisdom Group and JDM rules and responsibilities required by the code of conduct.
To maintain discipline and manage your classroom in the manner set out by the school handbook, with absolute and utter total respect for the child at all tim es.
To protect the privacy and working atmospher e of the community at all times.
To undertake other supervisory duties such as in the playground and lunch room as set out by the school.
To help create a stimulating and inspiring learning environment in which children will be enthusiastic in their acquisition of the English language, will be positive about their learning and where they will flourish to meet their individual potentials. This environment must model the principles of the school e thos and the philosophy and
methodology of Montessori.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Specification: Native E nglish Speaker
Employment Type: Full time
Education: Bachelors degree or above
Certificate: TESL and T ESOL Preferred
Good skills of planning, executing. Have a sense of cooperation and g ood skill to communicate with students.
Have Kindergarten teaching experience is preferred.

Salary:13 K~15 K
House: 4 K
Training: Montessori Training
Holiday: summer and winter Christmas Holiday
Tickets: 6 K after one year contract
