Position Components:

Meet individually with our clients’ various customers

Engage directly with customers to create long-term bonds

Listen to and record customer feedback

Offer support to customers and fellow team members

Demonstrate genuine interest in customers

Report to team and management

Learn about and implement our customer care standards and strategies

Participate in discovering potential markets

Entry-level data entry and use of technology

Required to attend office meetings


Requirements:

Able to uphold professionalism during customer, client, and team interactions

Comfortable initiating contact and engaging with diverse customer markets

Personable, friendly nature

Strong communication skills, written and oral

Committed and motivated to excel in this position

Intuitive people skills, able to interpret customer impressions

Minimum 18 years of age


Compensation:


Hourly wage- starting salary at $2,400- $3200/month
