JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a hard working, organized and customer service oriented Production Manager. Our Project Managers are directly responsible for delivering the outstanding customer service our clients expect from working with our company.
This role requires a leader with the ability to manage projects from inception through completion by scheduling painters, conducting daily site visits and responding immediately and courteously to all customer inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus

Fluent in speaking Spanish preferred

Production experience preferred

Painting Industry knowledge preferred

2 years previous supervisory/management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Strong computer and internet skills

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

$40k-$60k first year compensation depending on experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.

Be designated as the Safety Officer in the Franchise. Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting safety meetings.
