Full Job Description:
We are building a team of outgoing individuals to serve as the professional link between our clients and local businesses throughout Charlotte.
As a Business Representative, your primary objective is to connect with local businesses in order to educate them on our clients and generate their monetary support. By meeting individually with business owners, you will inform them of our clients’ brands, discuss long-term, sustainable corporate commitment programs, and explain to them the business tax incentives that accompany their support.
This is an entry-level sales position that is ideal for those that are motivated to establish a long-term career in the business sector. We do not require any previous experience, just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset. Our experienced managers and helpful mentors will guide you through our immersive training program and will ensure that you have the skills, knowledge, and abilities that will allow you to flourish in this role.
When not meeting with clients at their respective businesses, you will be based in our beautiful, modern, downtown Charlotte office. Additional office duties will include basic administrative work, participating in regular office and board meetings, and collaborating with our management team. This is a great opportunity for up-and-coming professionals or those seeking to expand upon their existing experience.
Position Details:
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
No weekend hours required
Basic medical benefits package
Guaranteed compensation with additional performance-based bonuses starting at $600-$1100 weekly
Position Responsibilities:
Complete our initial training program
Become knowledgeable about our clients and their brands
Implement our corporate acquisition strategies
Meet one-on-one with local business owners
Generate interest and support for our clients
Secure longterm financial support
Understand and be able to inform business owners about tax incentive programs
Attend and participate in office meetings
Basic administrative paperwork
Follow up with potential and existing corporate clients
Gather and report market feedback
Create and deliver on short and long-term performance goals
Work in small teams and independently
