Job Description:
This role relates to an organization's compliance with international trade compliance processes, procedures, controls, and records. Responsibilities are inclusive of monthly/quarterly/annual support, presentation, and reporting of the business’ sales, cost, inventory, products, profit, transfer pricing and more. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting the business in providing financial information requested for trade litigation requests. This role provides a very dynamic team environment.
Discipline Description:
Fiscal procedures such as general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and all other financial operations.
Responsibilities:
• Monthly reconciliation of financial data to the general ledger.
• Department spending analysis.
• Pricing and product profitability analysis.
• Trade litigation support including: understanding of anti-dumping regulations, coordinate global financial data submissions, and develop audit ready documentation to support and defend in the event of an international audit.
• Work with cross functional global teams (finance, commercial, PLM, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, legal) to coordinate response development.
Role Purpose:
• Ensures entity compliance with local and international regulations, GAAP accounting principles and our policies and procedures.
• Review, analyze, and reporting of intercompany pricing into all regions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for division management.
• Support the business in regard to accurate submission of sales, cost, inventory, profit, and product information in the event of an international audit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly reconciliation and analysis of financial data to the general ledger.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation for international trade litigation requests.
• Researching and providing detail on expense variances that need corrective action.
• Monitoring and reporting arms-length pricing for world-wide locations.
• Driving Division finance operational improvement.
• Providing financial analysis related to capital projects, strategic investments, cost reduction, and other initiatives as required.

Experiences/Education:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience working on cross functional teams to solve complex business problems.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• GAAP and cost accounting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be comfortable interacting and communicating with all aspects of the business, including plant staff and senior managers.
• Sound cross functional skills
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint, general ledger systems & forecasting tools
• Ability to act under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Good analytical skills, presentation skills and problem-solving capability
Desired:
• CPA/CMA
• MBA
• Manufacturing/Cost Accounting experience
• Working experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Khalix
• Performance Excellence knowledge (Six Sigma, lean processes)
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
