As a TTEC Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, you will take inbound calls from customers with questions regarding their health insurance, wellness programs, prescription plans and help provide the best solutions for the customers’ health and financial well-being. We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals interested in taking their customer service career to the next level and join our Health Insurance Career Development Program. In this program, TTEC will :

•Provide FREE licensing course
•Offer the flexibility to study from the comfort of your home
•Cover the cost of the state exam fees
•Cost of your yearly license renewal fee while connected with TTEC

Upon successful completion of the State Exam and receipt of your State License, you will be considered for employment as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to provide sales support for the customers of a nationally-recognized health insurance organization. Our Health Insurance Career Development Program is a free course to you required to be eligible for take the state exam to become a Licensed Insurance Agent. This means you will earn a higher wage than entry level Customer Service roles. Your time and dedication to completing this course is your only investment to reap a long-term career at TTEC.

Additionally, we provide our trainees the option to :
•Take the unpaid study course without leaving your home or
•Take the onsite paid study course route.

What Experience you bring to the table…
•A high school diploma or GED
•6 months of customer service or sales experience
•Authorized to work in the Unites States
