We are seeking fresh talent to join our Customer Service team to help us help our clients.

Our Customer Service Associates are an integral part of our firm, participating in the development of our strategies while serving as the liaisons of our client/customer solutions.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a professional representative for our clients
Be the first point of contact that bridges our clients and their customers
Track and report customer-client engagement
Following up with long-term customers and supporters
Maintain genuine relationships with a diversity of customers
Provide direct engagement and personalized interactions, every time
Discuss short and long-term team goals and strategies
Requirements:
No formal experience required, but customer service experience an asset
High School Diploma at the minimum
Post Secondary education an asset (currently enrolled or recent graduates)
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, positive personality
Able to work Monday-Friday or at least 3 days during the week
Well organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail
Motivated to learn and grow
Minimum 18+ years of age
Compensation:
Starting salary of $600-$1000 weekly
