Our Customer Relations Associates are responsible for initiating the lasting customer bonds that generate ongoing support and success for our clients. Join our leading client services firm and take on our mission of expanding our clients’ market networks and connections.
This is a multifaceted position that includes learning about and implementing various processes related to the client-customer experience. Our Customer Relations Associates act as both client representatives and customer liaisons, serving as an advocate and respondent for both parties.
Typical duties include:

Staying up to date on the brand-related knowledge and updates of our clients

Meeting one-on-one with individual customers

Sharing information with customers to increase their awareness and interest in our clients

Generating customer curiosity and support for our clients

Gathering and reporting any customer concerns

Efficiently responding to customer inquiries

Professionally representing our clients in an accurate, consistent manner

Use of basic technology for information and data collection

Attending meetings and regular team training sessions


As a Customer Relations Associate, you will work closely with our experienced managers and mentors, as well as your fun, supportive fellow team members. Through our engaging and immersive training program, we teach you how to become a knowledgeable representative for our clients, and become skilled at implementing our strategies. Since we believe that any hardworking, commitment individual can become an outstanding member of our team, we do not require any previous experience or formal training. Your personality and work ethic are ultimately what will determine your suitability and success in this role.
Compensation:

Salary starting at $1200 biweekly

Basic medical coverage
