Our office team, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, is looking to fill Customer Service Account Representative positions for full-time, long-term work to start this week. We are looking to hire immediately and provide FREE full and comprehensive training, so no previous customer service experience is necessary, but beneficial for those looking to move up quickly in the ranks of our company. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing and successful company.

Duties and responsibilities include processing applications and verifying customer information, fill out paperwork, answer any questions the customers may have, review qualifications of customers and verify customer accounts.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous customer service (any type of working reactions with clients/customers)
- Availability of the above mentioned hours
- Excellent work ethic (time management, professionalism, proficient in verbal skills)
- At least 18 years or older
