Job Title: Engineering and Customer Sales Manager

Location: Princeton, NJ

Duties:
-Manages new product development
-Oversees the needs of technical sales
-Manages customer trial installations
-Directs field engineering support
-Manages customer service support via three direct reports.
-Manages Engineering team via three direct reports
-Trains both senior internal and external customers on full life cycle of all products and technical topics.
-Technical lead for warehouse operations
-Technical lead for exhibitions
-Technical lead for internal CRM system
-Management of internal IT infrastructure

Requirements:
-Bachelor of Science, Systems Engineering or related field plus five years experience, training or related experience in systems engineering.
-Must have minimum of 3 year experience as a Lead Technical Support including product management, management of engineering services team, product approval process, technical sales presentations to clients of all seniority, training senior customers and internal staff on the design, installation and operation of train detection products, technical lead at exhibitions, installation and management of trial sites, management of RMAs
-Must have minimum 2 years experience and in-depth knowledge of the European Rail market
-Must have minimum 2 years experience and in-depth knowledge of the North American Rail market
-Must have knowledge of rail signalling systems, including train detection systems.
-Must have experience in rail market national standards committees.
-Must have minimum 2 years experience as IT manager
-Must have implemented an internal CRM system
-M-F. 40hrs/wk.
