Product Manager (full time) – Advanced Cell Diagnostics, Inc., 7707 Gateway Blvd, Newark, CA 92560.

Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy; Conduct an in-depth revenue analysis to characterize business across different assay platforms and customer segments and develop a revenue forecast for ACD Probes and related products; Lead commercialization strategies , customer requirements and competitive strategy, and identifying new emerging markets for RNAscope/BaseScope technologies from support perspective; Define Technical Product Requirements and develop product literature; Communicate value proposition and technical information regarding RNAscope/BASEscope ISH technologies to a range of customers and internal audiences. Requires Master’s degree in Biotechnology or closely related fields. 36 months experience as Product Specialist, Scientist or related. Approximately 20-25% travel required including customer site visits for VOC; Commercial meetings across different subsidiaries; Global training and conferences. Skills required: Ability with commercialization & competitive strategies, customer requirements, and identifying new emerging markets for RNAscope/BaseScope technologies. Experience driving market research and VOC (Voice of Customer) activities for IHC/ISH technologies. Ability to serve as technical product lead. Ability to identify, establish and manage strategic partnerships. Ability to communicate value proposition and technical information regarding RNAscope/BASEscope ISH technologies to a range of customers and internal audiences required. Laboratory experience with experimental design, cell and molecular techniques and reagents for IHC, ISH, Imaging.
