Seniorcorp is looking for a full-time Director of Nursing position with a passion for working with seniors and the professional development of well compensated caregivers. The primary focus for this position is to oversee the quality of care, adhere to state licensing, develop customized care plans, visit existing clients to review their care needs, and support and assist our caregivers in the delivery of care. Our nurses conduct supervisory visits and care management for private pay and V.A. clients in the greater Richmond area. Excellent pay, support and benefits. Home Care or Home Health experience in nursing is strongly desired. Great communication skills and technology competency are required as you will interface daily with our clients, caregivers, and staff.
