Full Job Description:

We are presently looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with previous 3 PL transportation experience. If you have previous sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years working with 3PL or as a logistics broker, we want to hear from you! You are creative at bringing in new business, have integrity, a strong work ethic which is all paramount to your success with his team! If you have the ability to nurture relationships and want to continue to grow, join this team that works hard, yet has fun too. You will responsible for fostering old and new relationships and to work collaboratively with others within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Grow current book of business
Provide sound knowledge of transporting customer requirements
A thorough investigation of best practices to satisfy client needs
Going above and beyond the call of duty to achieve goals
Create sales presentations to clients
Maintain positive relationships with clients and follow-up with them
Monitor shipments from inception to delivery
Requirements:
2+ years logistics broker experience in a sales role within a 3PL environment
Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office and logistic software
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire for success
Sales Driven and Hardworking
Relationship builder
Attention to detail
College Diploma preferred
Motivated with a strong desire for success
Compensation:
A negotiable draw on incentive-based pay (20% of gross profit)
Uncapped earnings - average first years income is 80-100K
