Benjamin practices therapeutic bodywork in Ashland (since 2003) and teaches body mechanics with a creative flair. With a sharp eye for body tensions and imbalances, and using clear words and touch, he provides a focused, yet intuitive massage therapy service, which he supplements with Yoga and T’ai Chi training. Ben lives his passion in this work: to inspire joyful curiosity in our own bodies, to heal past and present injuries, and explore how to improve physical performance by being more graceful in body and mind.
