Full Job Description:
Provide workforce development expertise and analysis; logistically supporting comprehensive instructional training to the customer’s workforce; and development of frameworks identifying forward lines of career movement/growth. This includes scheduling / delivery of classes based on government identified needs. These functions will be performed through consultation with the customer’s Workforce Development Office (WFD), or assigned designee to determine program offerings, delivery methods, scope, locations, and purpose of instruction.

Requirements
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience
College Degree (Bachelor preferred) + 5 years of hands on HR experience
Must be intermediate Excel user or higher
Must be familiar with ERP
Must be able to be trained in DCPDS, and TWMS
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
