We are a leading luxury retail store, located inside the Los Angeles Airport (LAX), who have franchises across the world, in 4 continents. We sell top, high-end brands in major airports and other locations to hundreds of millions travelers every year.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are presently seeking a Brand Ambassador who will be responsible for the overall promotion of the Brand by educating the customer on the product to increase of sales, while maintaining brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strive for the highest level of productivity by servicing all customers using the high standards set by our company and the vendor.
•Provide excellence in customer service consistent with company standards to ensure the securing of sales by demonstrating and educating the customer on the products to ensure their interest in purchase.
•Perform receiving, checking, stocking, housekeeping, and visual merchandising and various duties in order to maintain effective retail operations.
•Maintain display and presentation standards at all times.
•Develop and maintain good working and effective teamwork with co-workers and managers.
•Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulations.
•Responsible for the daily maintenance of brand products.
•Responsible for “pushing†the represented brand.
•Effectively communicate with supervisors and managers on any issues or concerns regarding the brand.

•Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
•Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Ability to adapt to adversity in a high pressure environment.
•Effectively communicate and work with all levels of staff and management.
•Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong follow through skills.

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Good organizational skills.
•Able to work flexible hours to include holidays, weekends and nights and maintain satisfactory.
•MUST speak Mandarin and English
