Technician (Journeyman)
General Requirement
Work with Motor T assets along with using units to provide them technical support. Provide training and instruction on how to use and perform functions with equipment. Background in running diagnostics and understanding their read outs. Perform testing with equipment and provide feedback to system architects. Provide troubleshooting support. Act as a liaison for all system users and provide full support functions in ensuring equipment is updated on a regular basis, users are trained and well informed on how to use the equipment, technical issues are resolved, and the user base is well looked after.
Essential Functions
Background in USMC Motor T community is preferred.
Provide training and instruction on how to use equipment.
Users are represented, their issues are dealt with, and they are well equipped with the latest builds, and instruction.
Perform testing on equipment and report back to system architects.
Requirements
MUST be a US Citizen
Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience
BS in Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field required.
Industry certifications required for an IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570.
Minimum 4 yrs. Experience working in USMC Motor T community
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
