 JR HR INFORMATION ANALYST
 
General Requirement 
 This position will provide support the Human Resources Division at NSWC, Crane, IN. This position requires a strong understanding of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Department of Navy (DoN), human resource personnel systems, structures, and functions. Support will also require a strong understanding of HR processes and data, including staffing and classification, workforce development, and employee relations.
 
 
Essential Functions 
 Liaison between the HR and the IT department and assists in the review, testing and implementation of HR information system upgrades or patches
Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities
Demonstrates focus on process and quality improvement, developing meaningful reports and effective analysis of data
Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation
 
Education and/or Experience 
  Bachelors or Masters preferred with 3-5 years of HR IT experience
Thorough knowledge of:
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database tools such as MS Access
Salary Range:  Commensurate with Experience
