Established Company has a position open for Inside Sales Coordinator who is a self-motivated, professional, positive, team player that enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. This position might require traveling & working at trade shows.

Duties and responsibilities:
*Receive and process orders by phone, mail, fax or e-mail.
*Make cold calls to potential customers/New Customer & up-sell new products to existing customers
*Coordinates with the warehouse/shipping departments regarding orders and follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
*Maintaining existing relationships & follow up with current customers
*Perform primary functions of the Customer Service Representative responsibilities
*Preparing daily sales call log & Sales Report
*Able to handle customer inquiry/complaint/issued
*Ability/willingness to travel to attend trade shows
*Other tasks may be assigned when needed

Qualifications:
- Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree
-At least 1-3 years sales/customer service experience
-Proficient with Excel , Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
-Able to type 50 WPM
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstration of ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries, issues, complaints
-Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
