Full Job Description:
The IT Help Desk Analyst responds to trouble tickets and telephone requests for technical support on a team of 6. Other duties include installing and removing software from computer systems, diagnosing and repairing technical issues. There is some documentation and tracking of issues in a CRM tool. As the first line of response, the Help Desk Analyst will provide first contact resolution whenever possible and will escalate incidents to other IT teams if needed.
