TRISTAR is seeking a Operations Research Analyst III for our upcoming Federal Government Contract located in Crane, IN

Position Requirement:
• 9-12 years of experience in DoD or non-DoD operations management
• Experience in leading productivity analyses
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt with experience in leading Six Sigma projects
• Experience in evaluating project risk
• Must be able to effectively communicate findings; experience in performing cost/benefit and best value analyses of proposed courses of action

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in related field
