Full Job Description:
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters; Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures for company’s cell phone repair business; Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management; Recommend strategies to motivate employees; Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting background and reference checks and issuing employment contracts; Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate; Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed; Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes; Work closely with the staffing agencies to streamline the hiring structure and fulfill the need of operations department; Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns; Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); etc. Must have Master’s degree and 6 months of experience.
