USE COMPUTERS TO ASSIST MANAGEMENT AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS WITH TASKS SUCH AS, DATABASE MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZING FILES/INFORMATION AND GATHER INFORMATION. CREATE, MAINTAIN, AND ENTER INFORMATION INTO DATABASES, CHARTS, AND SCHEDULES. ANSWER TELEPHONES AND GIVE INFORMATION TO CALLERS, TAKE MESSAGES, OR TRANSFER CALLS TO APPROPRIATE INDIVIDUALS. SCHEDULE MEETINGS, PRESENTATIONS, AND GENERAL APPOINTMENTS OF MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE OR PRIVATE PROSPECTIVE.PROVIDE SUPPORT TO SALES DEPARTMENT WITH GATHERED INFORMATION IN DATABASE
