Essential Functions/Services include:

- Perform account reconciliations
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities per specific deadlines
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments- Maintain up-to-date billing systems, generate and send
out invoices
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- Initiate collection efforts for customer RMA's
- Process adjustments
- Assist with month-end closing
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Customized Reports
