We're hiring and are looking to connect with you to help us deliver exceptional customer service experiences as a Property & Casualty Licensed Agent - Inbound Customer Service with TTEC in Concord, NC.

If you're currently non-licensed and aspiring to become one, we can train and help you get licensed through TTEC COI (College of Insurance). The best part - we will cover all the necessary fees.
Upon getting hired as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent – Customer Service, we will ask you to pick up your equipment from our (site) office.

To be eligible for this role you MUST:
• Be able to come to TTEC's office to pick up equipment
• Have >15 mbps internet speed as validated by FAST.com
• Ability to hardwire (ethernet) direct to your home router during your at home employment
• Router must be within close vicinity of your quiet, at home workspace

On a typical day, you'll
• Take inbound calls to answer queries from customers
• No cold calling
• Utilize your ability to understand the members' life events that may offer sales cues for additional opportunities to meet the member's needs and facility the member's financial security
• Follow all appropriate guidelines for the career, state, and company
