Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Princeton Junction, NJ. Travel may be required to client sites on a need to basis.

Requirements: MS Computer Science plus 6 months of experience as a Systems Analyst or directly related field. Experience must include developing 3 tier architecture modules for applications which includes front end middleware and backend databases. Experience developing end to end framework using Java/C# and unit tests for functionality testing using JUnit, using Bootstrap3, Spring MVC. Experience in Devops engineering to maintain builds/pipelines across various different environments. Experience in writing complex queries to validate data across layers of application. Experience and/or coursework in Programming Languages, Advanced Operating Systems, Advanced Software Engineering, Database Theory and Apps, Comp Networking and Security, SAS Programming, Adv Database Systems

Duties: Prepare test plans, test cases, and automation. Write and assign tasks and track the progress of testing; keep tracking tools current. Ensure build verification and regression tests are performed and results reported. Ensure all defects are properly reported and tracked to closure. Provide guidance for automation framework creation/ enhancement and oversee development and integration of tests with the goal being to improve product quality while improving QA team execution. Ensure thorough, accurate product help documents are produced. Participate in product requirement reviews and project planning for the test portion of a development life cycle. Work with QA team to meet project commitments in keeping with agile practices and quality goals. Become broadly knowledgeable about products being tested in order to advocate for the customer. Communicate positively and successfully with all levels of the organization.
