We're hiring and are looking to connect with you to help us deliver exceptional customer service experiences as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish with TTEC in Tempe, AZ.

Our recruitment, training and the position is 100% virtual for the protection of you and our employees. Upon getting hired as a Customer Service Rep, we will ask you to pick up your equipment from our Tempe, AZ office.

On a typical day, you'll

• Accept calls from customers
• Effectively resolve issues or concerns
• Gather information from the customer to make appropriate recommendations for new products and services
• Deliver amazing customer service
