Job Title: Inside Sales Director

In this position you will:
- Coach and direct the work of multiple inside sales teams who are responsible for selling organizational products or services through many channels.
- Establish sales quotas for teams and individuals and tracks performance against expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of sales order management.
- Manage US sales forecast process.
- Establish specialized or targeted sales strategies or calling plans.
- Provide competitive assessments, product or sales training, or pricing and contracting assistance to the sales team.
- Develop and oversee outreach goals, activities, resource planning and reporting for the Inside Sales Team.
- Manage, lead and develop a team of highly motivated, customer focused sellers
- Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies that meet/exceed overall corporate goals.
- Plan and direct all inside sales for your team, including planning and implementing forecasts, staffing, and team training.
- Manage and monitor key sales pipeline and performance indicators to ensure financial goals.
- Conduct regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development, and trend analysis.
- In addition to leading the team, you may maintain direct customer relationships and grow key accounts in order to lead by example.
- Travel 10%-20% of your time with your team members to our North American customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years sales experience in the IPC/embedded industry or an industry related to the development of specialized computers, servers, etc. for multiple industries.
- You have at least 5 years of sales team leadership experience with a team of at least 5 people.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- You have a proven track record of your team meeting and exceeding their goals.
- You have experience in creating and managing incentive plans.
- You have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment with shifting priorities.
- You have demonstrated the ability to quickly and efficiently learn new processes.
- You have excellent active listening skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have demonstrated the ability to hold yourself and others accountable are essential.
- You have a strong business acumen: the ability to succinctly describe an opportunity and how to win.
- You have outstanding consultative selling abilities and customer acquisition skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing executive level customers and partners.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to nurture a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- You have experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management, as well as in choosing, deploying and using marketing and sales tools.
