Full Job Description:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years on-the-job experience working in a helpdesk support role which must include PC and laptop support, Windows 10, MS Office O365, and Linux.
• Thorough working knowledge of Windows/MAC Laptops, WIFI, MS Office 365
• A basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP Networking
• Experience with Printer Management
• Capable of building and setup of user workstations, laptops, configure printers and other devices
• The ability to assist and troubleshoot issues with wireless networking
• Laptop & desktop repair & troubleshooting
• Proficient analytical fault isolation and troubleshooting skills
