Full Job Description:
Accountable to coordinate support for all client escalations ( across teams, BiZ/ETS/Client)
• Facilitates discussions within teams and with client, pulling in right resources in time
• Keeps Leadership informed and updated on brewing escalations
• Reports data/analysis on incidents - Support team to provide data, this resource will predefined & agreed upon categorizations to help identify improvements in process, across all teams
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience preferably in Healthcare as Client Facing role in IT Project Delivery or Technology Product Manager
• Experience in Web & Database technologies
• Understanding of client/server and Cloud technologies.
• Strong executive communication skills and presence
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, driving issues to resolution, communicating with clients and all stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written), problem solving skills and time management.
• Hands on experience in Application/Product Development and understanding of Agile methodologies.
Tools and Technologies:
• .NET/C#
• Web Technologies, Security protocols.
• Database technologies (preferably Cache DB)
• Reporting applications (preferably Crystal Reports)
