Job Title: Program Manager

Location: US-CA-Milpitas



Responsibilities:

Be a thought leader, understand the latest trends and capabilities to implement modern and successful solutions.
Communicate and Collaborate effectively with global customers, external vendors and internal team to drive results.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress & on-time schedule, within scope and budget, ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage project scope, project schedule and project costs
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, proactively prioritize projects, manage customer expectations, and organizing the team’s effort and effectiveness.
Report and escalate project risks/issues to management as needed
Effectively manage end users, application developers, analyst, system changes. Good Stakeholder management
Perform risk management to minimize project risks & perform risk mitigation analysis and provide workaround solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Become a change agent ensuring lean principles and best practices are followed.
Contributing to your BU/Practice by
Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meetups / conferences etc.
Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
Actively participate in organization level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects as assigned.




Qualifications:

Enquero Sales Ops team has a focus in NPI (New Product Introduction) and as part of a new product launch – AIR, we are looking for a Business Consulting experienced Program Manager.
REQUIRED

Relavant work experience of 8-10+ years
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Should be familiar with Product Engineering processes and has worked with engineering teams.
Good knowledge of Scrum methodalogy
Knowledge of CICD pipeline and Product Lifecycle Management is a plus
Work experience in Hi-Tech industry (Cisco, Google, etc). SaaS experience will be preferred
Primary experience with Business ( Director and above), especially with Sales Operations,
NPI, CPQ, Big 4 experience is preferred
X-Functional experience is key
Other responsibilities
Lead business engagement and communications strategy
Consolidate roadmaps, business requirements, and project deliverables, and status reporting for team initiatives
Coordinate and facilitate key cross-functional team meetings and councils
Ability to organize, lead, facilitate and document cross-functional meetings that include executive stakeholders
