Roles & Responsibilities
• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Strong experience as an Functional Business Analyst with strong customer facing, communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience front ending requirement gathering/grooming with VPs and Executives
• Strong experience as QA Lead with hands on functional testing experience
• Prior experience in Media & Entertainment industry is preferred
• Prior experience and understanding of IT application development projects is must
• Understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud & force.com platform
• Prior experience being part of discovery, requirement gathering workshop with client
• Experience creating wire frames and design documents
• Experience creating business requirement documents and User Stories
• Experience training the UAT users
• Experience in managing UAT
