About shade net:· Polypropylene or HDPE are used to make shade nets. The shade nets are generally in knitted or woven form.· By property shade-nets are strong, hard-wearing, tear resistant and light in weight.· The standard sizes of nets available are 2, 3, 4 & 8 meters in width and 25, 50 and 100 meters in length.· The most common dimensions of these nets are 3 m (width) by 50 m (length) with GSM of 120 to 180.· The shade nets are generally Green or Black in color.· The shade percentage is very important; & it depends upon the appliance / plants under farming. Normally shade percentage specifies the degree of shade provided by the shade-nets & it fluctuates from 25 percent to 90 percent.?Product Technical SpecificationSHADE COEFF.REFERENCECOLOURWIDTHLENGHTWEIGHT8%F.1028 *Transparent2-2, 5-3 m100 m50 g/m218%F.1028 *Light green2, 5-3 m100 m50 g/m230%F.1026 QGreen2-3-4-6 m100 m65 g/m215%F.1032Transparent1, 5-2-3-4-6 m100 m100 g/m245%F.1032Green1, 5-2-3-4-6 m100 m100 g/m245%F.1132 **Green1-1, 5-2-3-4 m100 m100 g/m265%F.1134**Dark green1-1, 5-2-3-4 m100 m130 g/m270%FOM 70 **Dark green2-3-4 m100 m180 g/m285%FOM 80 Q **Very dark green4 m100 m210 g/m2?Why our HDPE shade cloth provides superior durability:· Melting Point (130°C, 266°F)· (C2H4)nH2 Long hydrocarbon chains· HDPE grades have excellent chemical resistance, meaning that it is not attacked by strong acids or strong bases. It is also resistant to gentle oxidants and reducing agents.· Denser and has higher specific strength then lower density polyethylene composites. We extrude our own HDPE thread, and bond the UV stabilizer into the thread while it is still molten. This gives our nets superior life-expectancy compared to competitor's nets which lose their UV resistance over time as the dipped on stabilizer wears off.The key application areas of shade nets are:· Agricultural applications - grape cultivation, orchid plantations, tea plantations, nurseries· Non-agricultural applications – swimming pool coverage, parking lots, etc
