Full Job Description:

We are presently seeking a Personal Admin Assistant to help us manage our growing business. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, proficient in the MS Office Suite, be able to type 50 wpm, have experience in managing a multi-line phone system and have 5 or more years of customer service experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Takes payments for services and products
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Customer Services Needed: General Errands, Shopping

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
Customer Service: 1 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 years (Preferred)
