1. Raw material:
1）Backing plate：
The alumimum alloy we buy are from regular suppliers with testing report to show the chemical composition which is within the standard. The material is inclusion free and high density. It is die-casted by professional die-casting machine with large tonnage of 160T-180T to ensure the inner structure of brake shoe high density, pore-free. When braking, the braking behaviour like pulling and cracking etc will not happen.
2) Brake lining:
With National Industrial Production licence,we can produce the brake lining legally.
The formula is made by advanced engineer, the friction coefficient, wear rate etc can match the national standard. It will be tested in our lab room as well as the third party institution to prove the performance can follow the national standard.
2.Workmanship：
A. The surface of the brake shoe goes through antiseptic treatment and sand blasting with premium stainless steel, and ends up with the high temperature passivation. The procedures improve the products' appearance, rust prevention.
